There is no upper age limit for insuring your pet with us. We can insure puppies and kittens from eight weeks of age.
We don’t provide cover for any pre-existing conditions. You’re unable to claim for any illnesses that first occurred or showed symptoms within the first 14 days, or any accidents or injuries which occurred within the first 2 days of the cover start date of your policy.
Our Pet Insurance is designed to help with unexpected vet expenses, such as for accidents or illnesses. It does not cover routine or preventative treatments such as vaccinations, neutering, or flea, tick and worming treatments, for example.
