Ask your vet to submit the claim on your behalf. They can do this by clicking the button below.

Wait for your vet to log your claim

Your vet will provide us with any documents needed when they submit your claim. You'll get an email once the claims process has begun.

Track your claim in Your Paws account

Log in to your Your Paws account to track every step of your claim. We'll update you when something's changed.

Check that your vet bill is more than your excess, then give your vet your policy number and ask them to complete the claims form by clicking the button below.

    Submit your claim online

    Log into your Your Paws account and click the Your Claims tab to submit your claim. Check that your claim amount is more than your excess.

    We’ll contact your vet

    If you don’t have your pet’s medical history and invoices to support your claim, we’ll contact your vet for them.

    Your claim will be assessed

    When we've received the information and documents needed, we'll assess your claim. If anything is missing, we'll let you know.

    We can pay vets directly

    If your vet is happy to do this, our claims team will take care of the rest.

We don’t provide cover for any pre-existing conditions. You’re unable to claim for any illnesses that first occurred or showed symptoms within the first 14 days, or any accidents or injuries which occurred within the first 2 days of the cover start date of your policy.
Our Pet Insurance is designed to help with unexpected vet expenses, such as for accidents or illnesses. It does not cover routine or preventative treatments such as vaccinations, neutering, or flea, tick and worming treatments, for example. Please remember that to keep your cover valid your pet must have a yearly health check - up with a vet, including dental check. For more information please read your policy wording document.
